Ici commence ma série épisodique d’articles à propos de ma vie de blogueur. Étant donné que je n’avais pas envie de consacrer un article entier à l’écriture de l’introduction de cette série, je tâcherai d’en parler rapidement ici. Force est de constater que j’écris de moins en moins à propos de pur jeux vidéo ces derniers temps. Plusieurs facteurs sont à l’origine de cette conséquence. D’un, je joue moins, beaucoup moins. Sans aller jusqu’à considérer mon blog comme une activité professionnelle, la possession de cet espace de publication est une des premières choses que je met en avant quand on me demande ce que je fais et qui me plaît. C’est pas que mes études ne me plaisent pas, c’est juste que je préfère que les gens m’identifient par rapport au fait que j’écris autour des jeux vidéo plutôt que j’étudie l’histoire de l’art. Alors à côté je n’omet bien évidemment pas de préciser qu’en plus d’étudier l’histoire de l’art, j’apprend à créer des images, à animer et à filmer, et que ça me plaît vraiment, mais en tout premier, j’ai appris à assumer mon rapport avec les jeux vidéo.
Mais aujourd’hui c’est bien plus que les jeux vidéo que je veux mettre en avant. J’y réfléchis de plus en plus et je souhaite incorporer une plus grande partie de ma personnalité dans ce blog. Et pour commencer je souhaite aborder à travers chacun des futurs articles de cette série un aspect de mon quotidien de blogueur qui me motive à continuer l’écriture autour de sujets qui me passionnent. Aujourd’hui je veux vous parler de comment j’organise mes idées, que je rêve aux concepts d’articles qui éventuellement propulseraient mon compteur de visiteurs dans une galaxie lointaine. L’article qui ferait bondir mon pic Analytic, l’article qui me vaudrait des discussions enrichissantes dans les commentaires, bref : Un article dont sa rédaction me plairait autant que l’accueil qu’il recevrait.
Parce que oui, je suis honnête, je ne blogue plus uniquement pour le plaisir d’écrire. J’aime toujours autant sinon plus écrire qu’auparavant. C’est un des rares moments où mon cerveau peut dire ce qu’il pense sans être interrompu. Et ce plaisir ne sera jamais je l’espère victime d’une volonté de popularité plus présente que la raison première qui m’a poussé à ouvrir cet espace en premier lieu.
Je ne cherche pas à ce que chaque article ait du succès, j’ai écris plein d’articles en sachant à l’avance l’impact minime qu’ils auraient. A l’inverse, je n’ai jamais eu d’attentes vis à vis d’articles du genre “Si cet article ne se fait pas retweeter 30 fois, je serai vachement déçu !”. Je n’ai par exemple aucune attente envers mes tests. Pour ce type d’articles, je recherche surtout l’échange d’opinions, à informer un éventuel lectorat que le sujet intéresse et puis c’est tout. Non, pour de vrai, j’ai très peu d’attentes envers mes articles. Je préfère être surpris de l’envolée d’intérêt d’une de mes publications plutôt que d’être dépité du non-intérêt porté à mes écrits.
Néanmoins, être blogueur pour ma part, c’est aussi chercher à satisfaire l’audience, à essayer tant bien que mal d’aussi leur proposer le contenu qu’ils apprécient le plus. En ce sens je l’avoue, je consulte plus que quotidiennement mon application Google Analytics. Je suis toujours à l’affût et prêt à répondre au moindre commentaire publié sur mon blog et comme dit en début de paragraphe, je cherche ainsi à répondre à vos attentes. Mais en même temps que j’écris ces lignes, je me rend compte que je dévie du sujet initial et que ces idées à développer serviront probablement à un autre épisode de ce petit journal de blogueur que je constitue.
Recentrons-nous sur le coeur du propos que j’ai voulu développé à la création de ce nouvel article : l’organisation de mes idées. L’autre avantage en plus de pouvoir organiser mes notes par domaine, c’est la synchronisation des notes grâce à leur sauvegarde dans les nuages. Ainsi, je peux créer une note depuis mon téléphone en pleine balade et la retrouver le soir sur mon bureau de pc. J’utilise Evernote notamment aussi pour le partage de fichiers quand j’ai la flemme de brancher physiquement deux de mes appareils. Ainsi, une photo prise grâce à ma tablette et enregistrée dans une note se synchronise en quelques secondes sur mon ordinateur. Plus qu’à récupérer la pièce jointe depuis mon pc et supprimer la note pour économiser l’espace disponible de ma restreinte mais suffisante offre gratuite et me voilà reparti.
Concernant l’organisation de mes idées, c’est tout simple : Chaque note dans le carnet “Concepts” contient une idée de série d’articles ou d’article seul, une question que j’ai envie d’élaborer sur ma plateforme ou un jeu qui m’a plu et dont j’ai envie de parler. J’ai actuellement 16 notes dans ma partie “Concepts” et donc autant de trucs à vous proposer que seul mon temps libre m’empêche de vous faire parvenir. Vous ne le savez pas mais il y a aussi des trucs que j’avance quand j’y pense et que j’ai hâte de vous montrer une fois finalisés.
Parce que je n’ai pas non plus envie de vous occuper plus longtemps que je ne l’ai déjà fait actuellement, je vais en venir à ma conclusion. Il n’y a pas de bonne méthode pour organiser ses idées. J’utilise Evernote parce que c’est le premier outil qui a rencontré mes exigences de “tout-virtuel”, de facilité d’accès et de légèreté. Mon amoureuse est pour ainsi dire une dingue de posts-it. Elle en a partout son repose poignet d’ordinateur portable, partout dans son carnet jusqu’à en poser sur mes murs quand elle passe la journée chez moi. Elle fait même parti de ces personnes qui utilise la fonction post-it qui était apparue nativement avec Windows Vista sur le bureau même, vous vous souvenez ? Je ne sais pas comment elle fait mais elle le fait et cette méthode lui convient. Je vous ai donné la mienne, à vous de l’essayer (ou d’essayer la méthode de ma copine, MAIS BON) si vous en cherchez une et de voir si ça vous convient.
Concernant cet article sur l’organisation de mes idées, je pense en avoir fait le tour.
